1,000 Hummingbirds

During coaching session a mama was making a origami crane and told me the inspirational story of the ancient Japanese tradition of folding 1000 origami cranes, which symbolises hope, healing, and wishes coming true. In a similar spirit, I am dedicating myself to the β€˜1,000 Hummingbird Origami Project’ with the aim of touching the lives of 1000 mamas as they navigate their journey back to work after having a baby. Just as the hummingbird symbolises resilience, joy and beauty, I believe each mother embodies these qualities.

My mission is simple yet profound: for every mama I connect with through coaching or as a guest on the podcast I will mindfully fold a beautiful origami hummingbird. These delicate creations will serve as a tangible reminder of the strength and determination that each mother carries within her.

The Hummingbird Origami Project is my way of honoring the unique stories, struggles, and triumphs of mothers who are redefining their paths. By exchanging these hummingbirds, we create a community of support and solidarity, reminding each mama that she is not alone on this journey.

Through my podcast, blogs, and community events I aim to reach and uplift 1000 mamas, sharing their stories and providing the resources they need to fly high and shine bright in both their personal and professional lives. Each hummingbird folded is a testament to the power of connection, resilience, and the shared journey of motherhood.

I invite you to join us in this beautiful tradition. Let's fold these hummingbirds together, one mama at a time, and celebrate the journey of returning to work with purpose and passion.
